Available, knowledgeable and honest what more could you ask for in someone who is helping you and your family make one of the biggest purchases and commits you'll ever make in your life. My husband and I had a very good real estate buying experience with Bill, if we had a question or found a home online we wanted to look at he was on top of it with information and scheduling visits right away, he continued to be there for us all the way through closing. Bill was fantastic, start to finish, in selling our home. He gave us an honest market analysis and told us what we could expect at each stage. He was available to talk any time and very quick to return our calls when he couldn't get to the phone. Above all though, listen to him! He gave us solid advice, which we followed, and we had our house under contract in only 8 days! We were amazed!
